Client Engagement Partner

A leading professional services firm seeks a qualified individual who has experience in a client consulting role.

The successful candidate must have a bachelor degree as a minimum (not negotiable) and preferably an additional qualification in commerce, be a Chartered Accountant, or have a Human Resource Management qualification. They must have at least 12 years of commercial experience over various roles within the corporate environment and have a strong record of delivery in senior client engagement, project or work management as well as people management and assessment.

The candidate must display a deep understanding of the corporate landscape and must demonstrate astute and clear decision making.

The ability to engage strategically with people is critical.

The successful candidate can expect to take responsibility for the successful execution of assignments, overseeing others in the delivery of work plans, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service and building solid employee engagement. As the first point of contact for the firm the candidate will need to display charisma and persuasiveness and it is important to be able to engage clients quickly and present a professional face for the company.
