Woodburn Mann Korn Ferry also have extended expertise in servicing the rest of Africa as required.
As a result of this expansion vacancies exist for Executive Search Consultants / Client Partners to join the team.
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Managing Director and as a member of the Senior Management Team, the Executive Search Consultant / Client Partner will be responsible for leading and managing executive search recruitment processes for local and international clients.
Key areas of activity:

Responsibility for the successful management of Executive Search recruitment processes

Managing the research process to identify suitable candidates
-
Interviewing executive level candidates
-
Preparation of contracts, job specifications, candidate reports and other documentation

Client liaison and management
-
Generating repeat business as well as developing new business
Key Attributes Required:
-
Must be a Chartered Accountant with a post graduate business qualification

Ideal to have experience in an Executive Search environment or in a senior Human Resources / General Management role in a commercial environment

Good verbal and written communication skills
-
Ecperience in the financial services sector will be highly regarded
