An opportunity exists for a Graduate to join the dynamic executive search field as a Personal Assistant to a Senior Consultant with Woodburn Mann (Pty) Limited, a leading research based Executive Search organisation
Position Summary:
- Prepare proposals/contracts and specifications
- Compile research tables, candidate profiles, reports and letters
- Update database
- Make appointments and sending out appointment letters
- Assist on switchboard
- Prepare lunches, serve teas for clients and candidates
- Archive assignments
Previous Experience:
- Ideally a graduate
- At least ten years experience in a professional firm
- Excellent typing skills
- Computer Literate; Advanced MS Word; Basic Excel
- Excellent report writing skills
- Competent internet and database user
Personal Characteristics:
- Professional and presentable with excellent telephone manner
- Attention to detail, thorough and well organised
- Able to cope under pressure
- Fluent in English and well spoken
