SUMMARY OF EXECUTIVE OPPORTUNITY: Assume responsibility for the company’s human resources strategy,framework and systems, ensuring they are aligned to the business objectives.

GROUP BACKGROUND: Subsidiary of an Investment Group

KEY EXECUTIVE ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

At least ten years experience in a generalist human resources role in the agricultural/FMCG/industrial manufacturing/mining sectors

Relevant tertiary qualification

Currently be leading the human resources function for a company or division which employs at least 1000 people

Transformational leader and innovative strategic thinker

Excellent communication ability, both verbal and written

Ideally knowledge of human resources best practices and statutory requirements

KEY JOB PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Provide strategic human resources leadership to the executive management and the human resources functions in the operations

Lead the change management process to reorganizethe organisation

Drive transformation throughout the organisation

Foster sound relationships between management and internal stakeholders
