SUMMARY OF EXECUTIVE OPPORTUNITY: Establish the business in South Africa, developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies and actions to introduce globally successful paper products in South Africa

GROUP BACKGROUND: International Group (no Asian links). They are exclusively representing one of the largest and most reputable paper and board manufacturers in world. The Group is very well founded and have one of the largest mills supporting them.

KEY EXECUTIVE ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • Strong direct B2B product selling experience
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Track record of success in establishing a business or division of a business concerned with B2B sales and marketing of paper products
  • Ideally have had experience in a multi-national environment

KEY JOB PERFORMANCE AREAS:

  • Develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies aimed at a small number of large customers to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
  • Effectively manage the client relationships; strategic business partnerships; and relationship with the support services provided by the global group
