SUMMARY OF EXECUTIVE OPPORTUNITY: To develop and manage products & services in the Telecoms Market Portfolio with a specific focus on Financial Services, to fulfil consumer needs and preferences. To implement strategies to retain customers and establish alternate channels of distribution. This includes managing products throughout the product lifecycle, to deliver winning products, working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.




Preferably a University Degree in a related field



At least 8 years’ commercial experience in telecommunications or a related field

Business acumen with a good commercial understanding of telecoms products

In-depth understanding of the market consumer environment, challenges and opportunities in respect of Voice, Data Products and Value Added Services

Financial and business modelling expertise

Proven track record in developing and managing products

Sound knowledge of the South African telecoms market
