Position Summary:
Reporting to the Managing Director with full responsibility and authority for monitoring all phases of projects from preparation of proposals to business winning and project execution and ensuring that:
- Commercial reviews are undertaken in accordance with policies, including pricing and legal
- Managing the implementation of project controls, costs and scheduling and execution of South African projects with a project value in excess of R2 billion
Key Attributes Required:
Bachelor of Science graduate in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying
Essential

Five years commercial management experience in an EPCM environment

Experience of tough negotiations with key customers

Demonstrable track record of pulling together significant project agreements; being astute regarding contractual matters; and possessing leading edge knowledge of relevant legal agreements
