Company Background:

The Company is listed on the JSE, is a leading chemical production and exporting Company headquartered in Mpumalanga, and is the subsidiary of a larger listed industrial Group Company headquartered overseas.

Job Summary:

Assume responsibility and accountability for the sound financial management of the Company. The Financial Director is required to: participate in the Company's strategic planning processes; provide high standards of financial control; astutely manage the assets, liabilities and funding of the Company; actively manage the Company's corporate finance activities; and make presentations on Company results, forecasts and future plans.

Key Attributes Required:

• A CA(SA) with 10 years' post-qualifying experience.
• Should currently be in a senior financial management position in a listed chemical or industrial manufacturing organisation with accountability for an annual turnover of at least R500 million.
• Ambitious with the potential to advance to the position of Chief Executive Officer of the organisation.
