Position Summary:

Assume responsibility and authority for the effective leadership and profitable management of the bank so as to achieve a financial performance in line with agreed objectives with particular emphasis on:

• creating, developing and implementing a vision
• strategic direction and momentum to grow an embryonic bank organically into a major bank for the mass market.

Key Attributes Required:

• At least eight years post-qualifying experience
• Should currently be second-in-charge to the Chief Executive Officer or a member of an Executive Committee
• Required to be a Sales & Marketing type CEO with Financial Services experience
