JOB LOCATION:
Participate in an accelerated learning programme based overseas for 18 months before returning to work in a senior position with the South African subsidiary or possibly another country within the global group
SUMMARY OF EXECUTIVE OPPORTUNITY:
Embark on key leadership assignments in an accelerated development programme designed to immerse the candidate in the business model and expose him/her to the Group’s Commercial Marketing capability

EDUCATION REQUIRED
Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

In the region of eight to ten years experience of progressive marketing experience

Strong commercial experience (numerate and analytical)
-
Experience within the following sectors: top tier retail; consumer packaged goods and direct selling

International experience
-
Well rounded understanding of business issues and comprehensive experience of identifying and delivering strategies
-
Experience with managing multiple teams and/or brands
-
Experience in P&L management (more than R40 million)

Experience in merchandising and brand management
