Executive Job Position Summary:
Assume responsibility and accountability for new territory development so as to ensure the achievement of the Group's international strategic, growth and profitability objectives, with particular emphasis on developing external markets; ensuring that new ventures, organic or inorganic, local or international, are successfully launched and/or integrated back into the business; and, once successfully launched, may potentially run the business in the future.
Key Job Attributes Required:
- Graduate with a business qualification.
- At least five years post-qualifying experience with a track record of success in new business development by establishing a new business in a new international territory, ideally in EU, UK, Americas and Africa.
- Experience in managing a project team or in general management is essential.
- Should ideally have experience in the insurance, micro lending or annuity revenue generation sectors.
- Should have experience in high level negotiations with government officials, financial agencies and business owners in order to establish a new business venture in a new international market.
- Should have a working knowledge of a sales/marketing environment.
- Highly ambitious with the potential to be appointed to a Board of Directors.
- Prepared to travel extensively.
