Position Summary:

Responsibility and authority for the effective leadership of a Division with particular emphasis on ensuring that strategies, policies and processes are applied to optimally manage supply contracts; and contribute to the achievement of the group’s strategy through participation on the Executive Committee

Key Attributes Required:

• Must be a graduate. A postgraduate business related degree would be an added advantage
• At least five years executive experience managing an operation in a complex industrial environment
• Must have been responsible for negotiating, structuring and concluding long-term supply contracts with a total value in excess of R5 billion per annum
• Experience of interacting with the Government, governance in large corporations and negotiation and deal structuring
• Sound knowledge of commodity markets and strong financial acumen
