Group Human Resources Director
TOTAL STAFF RESPONSIBILITY:
3 people
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsibility and accountability for the Production Facility's Human Resources activities with particular emphasis on managing the recruitment, organisational development, talent development, labour relations and compensation functions in accordance with the Group's Human Capital strategic objectives, policies and procedures.
KEY ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

Must have had at least six years experience in a generalist human resources role in an industrial manufacturing environment

Must have managed a human resources department
-
Solid industrial relations experience and knowledge with hands-on involvement with union representatives
-
Should have a working knowledge of compensation and benefits, organisational development and change management
KEY JOB PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Prepare, implement and monitor the human resource budget

Advise the Production Director on relevant aspects of human resource management related to the Production Facility's activities, including developments in legislation and government policy

Manage the Production Facility's recruitment, organisational development, talent development, labour relations and compensation functions
