For corporate performance management, it is possible to easily combine hard data such as financials with soft qualitative results based on issues like transformation and employee satisfaction. The information is displayed in a performance dashboard format for use at Board level. Graphical indicators provide quick status checks and allow the Board to drill down to understand why and where a blockage in the organisation may be.

The system utilises data gathering techniques designed to collect only the key performance information, limiting the additional reporting load on employees. This method promotes accountability and transparency by linking corporate strategy to employee KPAs and providing a detailed audit trail on targets, submissions and deliverables.
